Standard Call Out

Our Standard Call out schedule runs from
9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Standard Call Out Fee
£135.00 +vat for the 1st Hour on site.

£75.00 + vat per additional hour on the same visit

Emergency Call Out

Our Emergency Call out schedule runs from
5pm - 9am Monday to Sunday

Standard Call Out Fee
£180.00 +vat for the 1st Hour on site.

£100.00 + vat per additional hour on the same visit

What To Expect

On arrival, our Engineer will inspect and test equipment to diagnose the fault. If possible, repair the fault without the need for any new parts, for example, loose or damaged cable, programming or configuration issues, network or connection issues.

Additional Costs

The only additional cost we charge is for parts. Any parts required to repair a system are not included in our Call Out schedule. Before installing any required parts, our Engineers will always advise the client of the following
